THE PROCESS

Mapping the Current Situation and Strategic Direction
We take a close look at existing buildings, functions, needs, and resources. Together, we identify what truly needs to be addressed – and how to do it in the best possible way.
User Mapping and Involvement
We involve owners, users, and operations early on – before anything is set in stone. This builds ownership, insight, and reduces surprises down the line.
Functional Descriptions
Based on user needs, we define functions and performance requirements. I use, among other tools, seven ergonomic parameters to make the requirements concrete.
Requirements Specification
The result is a management tool – a clear brief that everyone can understand, reducing risk and the need for rework.
Ongoing Support
We can also develop courses or provide process facilitation to build internal competence and ownership.
